SIGN CONNECT is an initiative aimed at closing the communication gap for the deaf and hard-of-hearing community on phone calls in Ghana.
The project focuses on developing a mobile application that enables independent, real-time, two-way communication between Ghanaian Sign Language (GSL) users and hearing individuals during ordinary phone calls.
